MAGIC EP 2

MAGIC EP2 features a high dropping point, enabling effective lubrication at temperatures well above those tolerated by conventional lithium soap greases. However, prolonged operation at such elevated temperatures requires more frequent relubrication to prevent oxidation-related degradation of the mineral base oils.

Do not store products at temperatures above 60°C. It must be stored away from direct sunlight, intense cold and external temperature fluctuations. If possible, the packaging should never be exposed to weather. Otherwise, the drums shall be placed horizontally, so as to avoid contamination by water and to preserve the product label.

• Effective extreme-pressure additives protect bearings against wear under severe operating conditions and dynamic loads. Highly efficient rust and corrosion inhibitors protect metal surfaces, even under significant water exposure.

• The high dropping point limits grease leakage at elevated temperatures, while excellent oxidation resistance ensures extended grease life. The natural water resistance of the lithium thickener, combined with additional tackiness additives, helps prevent water washout.
